Being a wedding planner means that my job is never stagnant. From meeting and working with new people all the time, to traveling to new locations, and applying the tips and tricks I've learned along the way for a smooth wedding day – I have found this career to be perfect for me because it's refreshing. The creation of Alfresco Elegance stemmed from my strong passion to share all of my knowledge and experience with engaged couples who just want to feel more comfortable and confident that they will be in good hands on their wedding day, and the days leading up to it!

Misty (also known as Amethyst) is a certified wedding planner based out of Las Vegas, NV. She studied Psychology from University of Arizona, and recently completed her Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. Outside of weddings, she is spending time with friends and family, taking HIIT classes at F45, absorbing different cultures, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.

With a keen eye for details, a love for design, and a people pleasing personality, it's no surprise why our brides are able to connect with her so well! Katie earned her Associates degree in Special Event Management, a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Management from Arizona State University, and also has styling experience for Phoenix and Los Angeles Fashion Shows. Outside of the wedding industry, people know her as a Disney fan girl, a traveler, a dancer, lover of Christmas music, and the ultimate foodie!

I am very passionate about being a wedding planner because I love being a part of our couple's happiest moments in life! Seeing them happy makes me happy, and I am so grateful to be given the opportunity to utilize my creativity, styling expertise, and knowledge to create the best experience for them.

It's no secret - you'll often catch this Alfresco duo grabbing sushi or Korean food together or laughing a ton during their "work meetings". But don't let it fool you - they both come from a background of hard work ethic, and they will go great lengths to make sure their couples have a great experience working with Alfresco Elegance.
